At Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the conditions under which they apply, in accordance with applicable Florida law.
General Refund Policy
Because cleaning services are labor-based and scheduled, all sales are final once services have been rendered. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Please provide a clear description of the issue and, if requested, supporting photos.

We will make reasonable efforts to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.
A re-clean is the primary remedy offered in place of a refund.
Refund Eligibility
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:

A re-clean is not feasible or does not resolve the issue

The concern is directly related to services agreed upon and paid for

The issue is reported within the required timeframe
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made after the 24-hour reporting window

Services that were completed as agreed upon

Dissatisfaction based on expectations not previously communicated

Areas that were inaccessible at the time of service

Pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or permanent damage

Situations involving unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions

Issues caused by third-party services or products
Cancellations & No-Shows
Refunds related to cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
Damages & Claims
If damage is believed to have occurred during service:

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Liability, if applicable, is limited as outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Refunds are not guaranteed for damage claims
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.
