These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all cleaning services provided by Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms, which are intended to comply with applicable laws of the State of Florida.

1. Services Provided

Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Standard Cleaning

• Deep Cleaning

• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

• Specialized or Add-On Cleaning Services

Specific services, pricing, and scope of work are agreed upon at the time of booking. Services not listed or agreed upon in advance are not included unless approved prior to service.

2. Scheduling & Access

• The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

• If the Client is not present, access instructions (key, code, lockbox, etc.) must be provided in advance.

• Heavenly Hands is not responsible for service delays caused by lack of access, locked areas, or unsafe conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are based on the condition of the home at the time of booking. Excessively dirty or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.

• Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern or re-clean the affected area.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.

6. Damages & Liability (Florida Compliance)

• Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company is insured as required under Florida law.

• Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total service fee.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not properly secured

  • Damage caused by faulty installations

7. Health, Safety & Biohazards

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.

• We do not provide services involving biohazards, bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations, or hazardous waste unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

8. Pets & Occupants

• Pets must be secured or kept away from cleaning areas.

• Heavenly Hands is not responsible for pets escaping, becoming stressed, or injured due to failure to secure them.

• Aggressive animals may result in service refusal.

9. Supplies & Equipment

• We provide our own standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients must disclose any surface-specific requirements or sensitivities (e.g., marble, hardwood, specialty finishes).

• We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed surface restrictions.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Unsafe working conditions

• Harassment or inappropriate behavior

• Illegal activity

• Non-payment

11. Independent Contractor Status

Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be made available upon request or on our website.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from Heavenly Hands Cleaning Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
